First husband of Taurean diplomat Yvette Edrasil, one-time Commander of the Taurean Guard Resplendent, Tauria's premier homeland infantry unit.

During the formation of the league there were those in Tauria who wanted no part of it. some factions were political groups, others took more lethal measures. on some coreward Taurean worlds anti-league militias sprung up overnight. Only a very few incidents were suppressed with military force, but as is so often the case, the sensation-hungry media reported carnage. The Guard Resplendent under Commander Ondasil was the primary unit in action and suddenly the name Ondasil was synonymous with state-sponsored aggression.

Also Ondasil's wife, Yvette Edrasil was currently persuading the Taurean government to join the ULP, and was a figure who inspired hatred in the rebel factions.

An inquiry was commenced and although Ondasil was cleared of wrongdoing, the proceedings were labelled a sham by the various opposing factions and the damage was done.

Three weeks after the courts dismissed him, Commander Ondasil's private car was ambushed by Rebel militants. In the ensuing firefight Ondasil sustained fatal wounds and died in the Medivac craft on the way to the hospital. Later on it was declared that Yvette had also been a target, but had quarreled with Ondasil earlier that evening and refused to accompany him to the dinner he was attending that evening at the Antarean Embassy.

Jorg and Yvette had one son, Evan Jorg Edrasil, born 814 AE.
