EMP grenades have a larger blast radius than the other grenades. Duration of the effects depend on the range from the point of impact, the farther away you are from the blast, the shorter the duration of the effects will be. If a soldier walks into the area of effect, he will continue burning and take damage for a short time after leaving it. Burning soldiers can set other infantry near him on fire so be careful when reviving an victim. Don’t underestimate it, it can kill a heavy in seconds and can seriously damage vehicles. Incendiary grenades are very useful for blocking critical choke points when defending a particular area.

The CH8D Charge Holster combines a standard fragmentation grenade to a remote detonation device. Unlike other grenades, these can’t be used with the DK-11D Attachment. They can’t be thrown like standard grenades and they have to be placed on surfaces. They are designed to stick on all surfaces.
