Ship Corvette USN Fox
The Fox class destroyer is the smallest of its class in active service with the USN. Oweing much of its success to its greatly expanded sensor and ECM suite, the Fox class has a knack for remaining hidden from the enemy even under deterined sensor sweeps. Indeed it is this ability that has given the vessel the highest survivability rating among destroyer class ships in the USN armada.
With a parasite compliment geared towards scouting, the Fox is capable of sustaining small-scale engagements with enemy ships, but is best served by avoiding combat. It excels primarily at ferreting out small vessels under stealth and picking off assault ships, which it handles with alacrity (with its six ion beam arrays and single small torpedo tubes). The Fox finds its greatest success when positioned far ahead of main line of battle, scouting for the enemy under stealth.
