Politics Hands of the Hegemon

The Hands are an elite group of agents under the direct command of the `First Hegemon <First_Hegemon.html>`_ of the `Solesian Hegemony <Solesian_Hegemony.html>`_ and his immediate underlings. They will do whatever they are ordered to do, however they can. They have no limits, they are not recognized by anyone or thing in the public, nor are they officially recognized by the government. The Hands are free to do what needs to be done, no matter what.
