Traditional 4 part tank- treads, big barrel, nuf said. the main ULA tank to dominate the field. has massive armour to crush all opposition, in front and back of the partisan are special crushers to squash all players who are unfortunate enough to get under them. use your alt-fire plasma gun too since does quite a lot of dmg to all targets, but it can be hard to aim sometimes. the gunners TT4 turret has a 360 degree firing arc but can't aim up very high so the partisan is vulnerable against flyers.
In a Partisan vs. Dhaka match you are the lesser tank overall, so try to get directly behind the Dhaka where its main cannon cannot fire, if the main cannon is reloaded take your time to aim it correctly, it takes quite long to reload.
Unique to the Partisan, the coaxial plasma gun fires ballistic tracers to give a fairly accurate indication of where the shell will currently hit.
