Hovertank, slightly faster and able to glide over low obstacles. the countermeasure of the dhaka is an EMP blast from overloading the hover coils. Disables vehicles for a short period (including the dhaka itself) and screws up any locked-on missiles in range. this is also useful against any other EMP source, if you've gotten EMP'ed just activate the countermeasure to neutralize the EMP. remember that EMP disables all heavy infantry weapons and can be used against them.
in a dhaka vs. partisan match make sure you hide long enough to reload you main cannons, the dhaka has more firepower but the partisan has more armour. you can hide from the other tank because you are slightly faster. you can also surprise the other tank by using the EMP blast to disable it for a short period of time.
