N8D-F Fragmentation
The standard fragmentation grenade, these grenades have the ability to knock infantry over within its blast radius. Deals a great deal of damage to light and medium suits and can knock down heavys.
N8D-E EMP
EMP Grenades disable all vehicles and turrets within its blast radius. It can overheat some infantry weapons (Machine Guns and Anti-Vehicle Weaponry). Furthermore it can momentarily mess up the sensors of infantry armor blinding them for a short period. Extremely useful against all targets, both on foot and in vehicles. EMP grenades have a larger blast radius than the other grenades. Duration of the effects depend on the range from the point of impact, the farther away you are from the blast, the shorter the duration of the effects will be. EMP effects can go through buildings and obstacles. Note: the disabling effects on vehicles will only be temporary while it can disable turrets permanently even at maximum range.
N8D-I Incendiary
Sets large swathes of ground on fire. It also blocks sight with the massive smoke columns generated from it. If a soldier walks into the area of effect, he will continue burning and take damage for a short time after leaving it. Burning soldiers can set other infantry near him on fire so be careful when reviving an victim. Don’t underestimate it, it can kill a heavy in seconds and can seriously damage vehicles. Incendiary grenades are very useful for blocking critical choke points when defending a particular area.
CH8D Charge Holster
The CH8D Charge Holster combines a standard fragmentation grenade to a remote detonation device. Unlike other grenades, these can’t be used with the DK-11D Attachment. They can’t be thrown like standard grenades and they have to be placed on surfaces. They are designed to stick on all surfaces.
When you have placed at least one CH8D, the remote detonator will become available when you switch to your next weapon with your Mouse Wheel. Use Right Mouse Button while holding the detonator to switch back to your CH8Ds.
