Faction AF Antarean Federation

To give it it's full title, the New Antarean Federation, given that the original colony of antares was itself a federation before an empire. This was the precursor government to the second `Antarean Star Empire <Antarean_Star_Empire.html>`_. The product of a harsh disarmament and dispersion treaty signed by the defeated generals and political leaders of the `First Antarean Star Empire <First_Antarean_Star_Empire.html>`_ after the `First Antarean War <First_Antarean_War.html>`_
