This titanic administration engine not only deals with the day-to-day running of the concordat, but hires it's resources to other stellar nations, providing complete financial and civic admin packages for entire worlds.
Due to the immense importance of the zettabytes of information stored in the CBCA server silos deep underground, the city has the authority to maintain and deploy its own advanced security and intelligence forces in addition to the concordat military.

Known simply as the Bureau, the conglomerate of governmental and commercial entities and their secretive and paranoid security forces have often been the center of controversy and media speculation, being virtually a law unto themselves. However the fact remains that perpetrations of fraud, robbery and data abuse against the CBCA are virtually unheard of.
