He goes off on his own and disappears. With Sivon disappeared, Marius appoints the custodia member who Kera knows as head of the MVD<br /> Kera has her allies within the Quorum of 48 and it turns around on her as her loyalty to the empire instead of the Emperor. Therefore she finds herself allied with their interests and, though she knows that he'll never consent to it, she tricks herself into believing that she and the 48 can lead the Empire into a better place, outside of this endless war, with Marius as a figurehead.</div>
